What Are Bach Flower Remedies?
Developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath, Bach flower remedies were created from his belief that emotional well-being plays an important role in overall health. Dr. Bach devoted years to studying nature and identified 38 flower remedies, each traditionally associated with a different emotional state, such as fear, uncertainty, loneliness, overwhelm, or discouragement.

What Happens During a Consultation
Your consultation is simply a conversation. It's not a medical appointment, and there's no attempt to diagnose or label you. Instead, we'll talk about what's been happening in your life, how you've been feeling emotionally, how you've been coping, and any patterns or situations that have been weighing on you. There are no right or wrong answers, and you're always free to share only what feels comfortable.
Using what I learn during our conversation, I'll carefully select the Bach flower remedies that best match your current emotional state and prepare your personalized blend by hand. Your custom blend will be mailed directly to your home with easy-to-follow instructions.
About six weeks later, we'll meet again to discuss how you've been feeling, review any changes you've noticed, and determine whether your blend should remain the same or be adjusted to reflect your current needs.
